The owner of our motel recommended this restaurant and he did not steer us wrong. The decor is rustic, as you would expect by the name. The service was good, the beer was cold and the food was like home cooked. We were waited on almost immediately after being seated. We both had the meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy and corn. I took a photo but unfortunately this site is not giving me a chance to add it. We had been traveling for a week and this was a welcome relief from chain restaurants. You can't beat good food at a reasonable price.
