“Neat background”
Reviewed January 4, 2013

The food and service were okay. The best part about the place is the story of how the restaurant came to be.

“Take a change of clothes”
Reviewed October 15, 2012

On sunday the 14th my husband and i stoppped at the CBP, at the end of the meal the waitress was comming down the isle with a tray of four sodas (one root beer). The man sitting at the table in the middle section bumped the tray and yes u ? it i was covered in root beer. The girl said sorry leavuing my to clean up the ice and soda off the table and all over myself with the napikins on the table. I would have expected some help but not untill they saw me using napkins on my clothes did she drop a rag off. The manager said nothing to me and we had to warn the workers to clean up the floor becuz as i was leaving i sliped in the mess and the straw anbd glass was still laying on the floor. Ive never been treated this was b=4. My pants, shirt and shoes were sticky and wet and my scarf was covered in root beer, So if u go make sure to have a extra set of clothes.

“Nice place to stop for Pizza, salad, soups, sandwiches ...etc”
Reviewed August 13, 2012

Did not want fast food so we stopped and had an excellent Chef salad and Chili. Chili was mild but tasty, added cheese and it hit the spot, served with a small warm loaf of wheat bread (or white). Smaller chef salad was great for a lighter meal. Did not have pizza this time, but have had it in the past and it was excellent. Service was great. Inside is extremely casual and can accommodate everyone. Lots of booths and tables you can arrange for larger parties. Great place to stop with families, on motorcycles ....or whatever....

Reviewed July 19, 2012

I know, nothing is better than fresh Italian pizza, BUT this is as good as it gets away from Italy. Fresh crust, sauce and CHEESE!!!! Yummy, gooey and DELICIOUS. ALWAYS STOP HERE ANYTIME I'M IN TOWN. BRAVISIMA!

“Pepperoni Balls?”
Reviewed July 2, 2012

You have got to try those things. Really, really great. Service was fast even though i think the waitress was also on cleaning duty in the back. Pepperoni balls are made to order and come out hot. Wife had spaghetti and meatballs, very tasty. i had a small pizza. great taste and flavor. why the name? it is in a converted covered bridge. Very nice and clean on the inside. It really is a covered bridge. sad note, the salads come out buried under cheese. had to pick most of it off but it did not ruin the meal.
