“Very Consistent Food Quality over the past few years....”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 28, 2013

I have tried many of the dishes here and I have never been disappointed. The food and service and always been top shelf. I have tried a variety of dishes from appetizers, to fish, to pasta, to pizza and have found of all them served hot and delicious. It is located in a non descript strip plaza across from Walsh University on East Maple Street but it is well worth the time to look for it.
Happy Hour prices are modest and very well attended. Put this on your list of restauarants to frequent.

“Upscale? Not so much”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 17, 2013

I used to meet some friends here once a week for drinks until one of them found a fingernail in her balsamic chips. She actually bit into it, pulled it out of her mouth, then dropped it to the floor. We called the bartender over, who got the manager. The manager said she needed to see the fingernail and when we told her it was on the floor, she made us crawl around on the bar floor until we found it. She comped our drinks and the chips, but not only were we disgusted by the fingernail, we were also women in business attire crawling on the floor in front of the bar-EMBARRASSING!

Recently my husband's boss went here with is wife and grand kids. He saw a colleague at the bar and asked his waitress if he could buy the guy a drink. She told him he would have to go to the bar and pay for it there. He sent his ten year old grandson with some cash to "buy" the drinks and see what they would do. The bartender allowed a ten year old to buy a beer for the colleague at the bar.

NOT upscale- This place has gone downhill in the last few years. Maybe it is time for new management?

“Top Shelf Dining”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 13, 2013

91 Wood Fired Oven is a real gem of a restaurant. It never ceases to amaze and cater to our desires for great food and drink. You can tell it is run by a quality staff that enjoy being a part of creating an enjoyable experience. Nothing kicks off a great meal like a good cocktail or glass of wine, and Allison and Katy are the bartenders to do it. They make you feel at home and really serve up a nice drink.(made with love) Jaclyn is our favorite waitress. She is attentive, friendly, professional, and fun. Most of all she is knowledgeable concerning any questions. 91 is a place where you can close your eyes, take a sip or bite, and feel like you are sitting anywhere your imagination takes you. Ryan and his staff will make it happen.

“great local establisbment”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 13, 2013

we usually go to the Jackson Twp. location, but have also been to this location. Food is great-an extensive menu with at least 6+ vegetarian options (something that is a rarity in this area). Moderately priced good food. If you're going on a weekend definitely make a reservation-as one of the area's premier local establishments it gets packed quick.

“Nice departure from the boring”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 30, 2013

We enjoyed our first visit to 91 immensely. We did go to the location in Jackson, OH ,but that did not seem to be an option here. We had no trouble getting seated and our beverage order was promptly taken and delivered. Our server was great, able to answer any questions about menu items and the day's specials. We ordered an appetizer which consisted of homemade chips, melted chedder, scallions, and homemade honey bacon which was baked in their 750 degree oven. We both really liked it. We ordered a meat lover's pizza and bbq pizza as entrees. We assumed that because of the reasonable price point they would be small, thus the reason for two. We were wrong however, one pizza would have been plenty. Both tasted very fresh with quality toppings and a nice somewhat crucnhy crust from the wood fired oven. I can't wait to come back and try the different pizzas and entrees.
