“Need fruits? Vegetables? Pies? Petting farm?”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 16, 2013

This place has it all. Even if you go just to look around, go. It is worth it. There are also buggy rides and animals in a petting zoo. Check out the goats on the roof of the animal barn.

“A Farm Market with something for everyone.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 13, 2013 via mobile

Arrive early to eat fresh cream filled doughnuts made the old fashioned way! Delicious! The farm market has fresh fruit and veggies that are in season and inexpensive. This is the place for Amish "fry pies", jams, chow chow and pickles. Hershbergers sells AKC registered puppies and handmade rugs, belts, bird and dog houses, etc. One can also visit their small petting farm. A good time !

“Great family fun”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 13, 2013

My grandson loved riding Big Bob and feeding and petting all the animals. Getting to view the 3 day old piglets was exciting. The buggy ride and tour of the grounds was informative and fun. The daughter was our guide and she did the tour with such interest, even though I am sure she had already given several tours that day. She obviously loved her way of life.

“Great for kids, Farm Animals, Rides, Produce, Bakery!”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 30, 2013

They have it all - the Amish Country Tourist Mega Stop! Ride in a buggy, on a pony, on a draft horse, pet the animals, buy some bread and fry pies, get some cheese, buy some wooden outdoor furniture - what more can you ask for? The grill restaurant out back is not the best, in my opinion, which lowered my rating. but the rest is worth the stop!

“A great place to visit.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 29, 2013

While traveling with a bus group, we recently visited the Hershberger bakery. We found the local produce to be pleasing (especially the Candy Onions), while the availability of bakery items was exceptional. A must-try is the Strawberry Fry Pie! We also enjoyed seeing Big Ben (largest horse in Holmes County), goats on the roof, and the puppies for sale. Visit Hershbergers when you are in the area.
