Read the previous reviews on this location and the positives held true. Very nice, quaint hotel with good customer service, clean environment, and quiet rooms. The breakfast was a nice touch although the coffee was pretty weak ... but hey, Starbucks is just down Mentor Avenue a bit.

I paid $89.10 AAA rate for room 106. This is a king suite with a pull-out couch. The room had 2 t.v.s, a refrigerator and microwave. There were even kitchen cabinets to store your food. The hotel itself is very attractive. Check out the sitting room towards the front of the property. Very classy. The lobby itself is very quaint. The breakfast was only fair and the pool is kind of small. But I give it a 5 because of it's value. It's really a great deal when you can get more than what you pay for. You actually do at this hotel.

We stayed here for one night so we could go to the Vintage Ohio wine festival, which is 8 miles away. It's a very cute hotel that's partly set in an old house that has been refurbished and expanded. There's a front porch that has rocking chairs, which adds a nice touch to get out of your room for a while.

Check in and out was really easy and fast. The staff was very accommodating and seemed genuinely happy to have you there. We did forget a few toiletry items and they actually did have them, which was great. There was a drug store about a block away but no need to walk there if you don't have to.

The lobby is decorated like a large living and dining room, with a TV and some antique furniture. There was also a little bar in the lobby that is on the honor system. they had a few different kinds of beer and wine. You can pay at the desk or charge it to your room.

The bathroom off the lobby is like a bathroom you would have at home, nicely decorated with an antique cabinet with necessities such as hairspray for guests to use.

We had a suite on the third floor that had a king-size bed and a separate living room area with a pullout couch. The room was very spacious. The living room and bedroom areas were separated by a corridor that had some cabinets, counter space, a mini-fridge, coffee maker and microwave. It provided a decent amount of privacy for anyone sleeping on the couch, which was pretty comfortable. There were also tv's in each area.

There's a complimentary continental breakfast that begins at 7 a.m. It's a pretty decent spread for a continental breakfast, with several cereals, danish and muffins, fruit and hard-boiled eggs.

Trip advisor reviewers hit a homerun on this one. Beautiful hotel. You will not believe you are in a Best Western. Real forks and plates/glasses/mugs for Continental Breakfast. We had a King suite room. Very spacious and nice to unwind after a long drive. Beautiful outdoor pool area. With tax our rate was around $175 that included a 35 charge for our dog and 10 for an air mattress. About $60 more then what I usually like to pay for a motel...but this place is very nice.

We read about this hotel while on the road to visit Kirtland. We were told that there were plenty of rooms, but upon arrival, there was only a king suite available. They matched the price of the less expensive room we desired, and made it work. The room was spacious, clean, and the hotel was absolutely lovely, oozing of charm and character. Wished we could have stayed longer. Breakfast was served in a lovely room, and had a plentiful and varied continental spread to please even a carb-conscious mom. The pool area was small-ish but very pleasant and there were even dive sticks and a rubber duck for kiddy pleasure! Every detail was considered and that makes this a first class hotel choice for anyone lucky enough to stay here.

Four of us stayed here for 2 nights. This is a wonderful hotel, the front part of the hotel is the original home and the blend of old home and hotel was seamless. This hotel is very clean, trust me I find very few hotels worthy of this word! The service received at the front desk was second to none. We were given a better rate at check in than what was quoted on the phone. The breakfast they have is very filling. You will not be disappointed.
