Caulking around tub is falling out. Tub and slip matt was dirty. Room had a musty odor. I would not recommend this Hotel location. We’ve experience comfortable, clean stays at other Hampton inns across the country. I think we will try another HI location on our next travel.

First off, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience that your room caused you during your recent stay at the Hampton Inn Kings Island. Our entire staff prides themselves on providing every guest the best possible experience during their stay with us. All of our rooms are double checked by our head housekeeper every time they are cleaned to ensure a high quality of cleanliness is being followed. If you would have contacted the front desk, they would have done everything they could to ensure you got moved into a clean room. Your valuable feedback will be passed to the head housekeeper to ensure that this does not happen again.

We would love to have you come back and stay with us again so we can show you that your recent stay is not typical of our company standards. We hope you give us another try when you are in the Mason area again.

Hampton Inns are normally pleasant and a good value. But this hotel is just a bit gross. Hallways that smell like smoke (apparently some rooms are ok to smoke in), outdated carpet, bathtub with rust stains, overall just not that clean. I feel uncomfortable going to sleep here! I would just keep driving!

I take my 3 children to Kinds Island every year, as a single mom I am pretty anal when it comes to traveling alone with the kids. I feel very welcome and secure here, unlike the cheap hotels where you pull straight up to your room door (VERY BAD EXPERIENCES!! with these types) The staff is always friendly and helpful.. Fast check in and out! Kids love the pool area and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE HAMPTONS BED AND BEDDING!! Couldn't ask for a better place to stay.. We will be returning in July.. *I also take my children to the Hampton during the winter months to get out of the house and be able to swim.. I had a bad experience at the one here in town, another family came in about 30 people and the pool area was overwhelmed.. I talked to the manager and they gave us a free nights stay.. I AM OVER ALL VERY PLEASED WITH ALL THE HAMPTONS WE HAVE STAYED AT!!

This is our usual stop when travelling in the Cincinnatti area. Just a few minutes from Kings Island, this Hotel is very clean; with very friendly staff. Check in/out was a breeze. The dining area is very clean, and has a sufficient variety breakfast items. Very comfortable beds, that are easy on the back! I would recommend this hotel with no reservations whatsoever.

This is an older hotel, but still clean and comfortable - the staff is second to none! Outstanding attention to detail, extremely quick to correct any problems, and very friendly. The property is within walking distance of The Beach water park and a very short drive to Kings Island, so the location couldn't be better. I was very impressed and will definitely stay here again.

Love Hampton Inn, consistently consistent! HOWEVER, this is the first time I was not completely satisfied with my stay. We had a spider/bug problem in our bathroom and couldnt seem to get the room cool enough. Also, the pool was very COLD and uncomfortable and over run with teenagers diving and jumping into the water.

After refusing to stay in the dump where we had reservations, we found this hotel. Rates excellent in every area except maybe the staff they were all a ten plus. A very pleasant surprise after a long day on the road.
