A bit non-descript from the front, and very dark when you first enter, the restaurant was a very pleasant surprise. Warm welcome and good service from the staff, short but good selection from the menu and interesting specials with a range of seafood, meats and pasta dishes. The rack of lamb, the arugula salad and house salad and the filet were all prepared exactly as ordered with the use of fresh and good quality ingredients. We had eaten in this general area previously and had been disappointed and so weren't really expecting much, but were delighted with the quality. Reviews we had previously read mentioned the food and good service and they were very accurate. The management and staff obviously care about the experience of the diners and this shows.
