My friends and I had a not so great experience there this past Tuesday. We decided to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. We had to move just inside the outdoor patio when it started to storm. To our amazement, the food runners brought our food out. We had no where to sit and no tables were open. We were told by the runner to grab and extra bar stool off to the side and just use it as a table. We declined to do so and told them that they could just redo our food when there was a table available. At this point the MANAGER came up and very abruptly said that they will not remake food for people because of the rain and that it could stay in the back till we had seats. The rain stopped and an assistant manager told us that it was not his job to wipe down tables when we offered to go back outside if the stuff got wiped off. So about 15 min later we got a small bar table to all crowd in at. Same food came out - our new waitress sniffed our wings and still managed to give us the wrong ones. thankfully, a wonderful seasoned waitress came to the rescue. She corrected our order, helped the new gal out, and was very apologetic for the mishaps. Needless to say - I will not be returning there despite the waitress' countless effort to make good. The manager on duty had horrible customer service skills and a cocky unfriendly attitude. Thinking the waitress should have his job!
