The Inn itself, buildings, interiors, decorations, flowers, etc. was beautiful. The setting was perfect, the food was far less. The prices were high for what was served, both portion & quality. My Greek salad was served with a hair in it the 1st time, which can happen, but I'm not sure the 2nd salad was remade.(hair removed & veggies were moved around) The shrimp cocktail was an average size, (5 shrimp/$14.) but the shrimp were very overcooked & chewy. There are 6 entrees on the menu, so if you are picky or not a meat/dairy person, there isn't much to choose. The entrees range from $25. to $38., which for a filet seems a bit high?! The house made bread was exceptional & plentiful, the servers were helpful & kept drinks refilled, plates cleared, etc. I definitely would NOT rush back to spend my money at this quaint inn, which is charging quite a bit for their pleasant scenery.

My husband and I always try to choose unusual and family owned businesses when we travel. The restaurant is located inside two old cabins. The décor is really nice and the food was very good. They have an outdoor space that would be great during the right weather. If they have fruit cobbler on the menu make sure to order that. It was wonderful. The restaurant has a rooftop garden that is very nice and we enjoyed the view from the swing. We will definitely return if ever in the area.

We arrived here by accident. Thanks to Trip Advisor reviews! We did not know where to eat as we were arriving to the area for the first time. We were pleasantly surprised. What a wonderfully quaint little gem this place is. Excellent food! Lunch is very affordable- dinner was a little pricier. Will definitely return to this restaurant- might even have to stay for the spa.

Don't be deceived by the small store front entrance. Room after room opens to an amazingly charming ambiance. Service was excellent. There was a nice selection of meals. We enjoyed mussels with angel hair pasta, chicken with raspberry reduction and gnocchi and Ohio City spinach four cheese ravioli. Portions were large. The House salad was easily split between one couple. Reservations for 6 highly recommended. Be prepared to give credit card # and address for reservations. Melissa's service deserves a mention.
