Complete with wood burning stove and jacuzzi, this cabin made a wonderful weekend getaway. The owners anticipate all of your needs and it is very clean.
April is very pretty! No bugs and mild temperatures! We enjoyed our stay at Honey Ridge. It's clean and comfortable. We arrived at night and felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, it was so dark and remote. The cottage is well lit and the wonderful deck has great lighting. It was so nice to get away from people and wifi for a few days! This is one of the few places that allows pets, so this is the first time we were able to bring our beloved dog, Tango. We really enjoyed being able to have him with us! Thank you Honey Ridge!
The home far exceeded my expectations!! I frequent the Hocking Hills area and believe this was an excellent choice! It was pricier than I have ever gone, but will take advantage of seasonal visits as long as my budget allows! Location was fantastic as it is closest to one of the paved favorite sites of mine ASH Cave. Booking again!
This cabin is perfect for a getaway to Hocking Hills! It hangs over the edge of a hill into the beautiful woods. We visited while the trees were still bare, but we still got a great view of the surrounding trees. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. All of the parks we wanted to visit were 15-20 minutes away.
We had a beautiful, relaxing stay at Honey Ridge. We loved how close the cabin was to the attractions Old Man's Cave and Ash Cave, yet it was very serene and isolated up on the ridge in the woods! The cabin was very clean and pet-friendly allowing us to bring our fur babies to hike the trails with us. Then in the evening we relaxed our muscles in the jacuzzi followed by cuddling by the fireplace. It was an amazing way to celebrate our 28th Anniversary.
We stay in the Hocking Hills region every winter, and the main things we look for in a cabin (vacation rental) are seclusion, pet-friendliness, comfortable home, and beautiful surroundings. Honey Ridge pretty much has all of these things. The owners were so kind about us bringing a dog AND a cat along with us, and the house had everything you needed. I particularly loved the artwork. The large jacuzzi tub is very nice and there was plenty of hot water. Though the house is located near the roadway, there is so little traffic that it still feels very secluded. The wooded area behind the house is very large and you can walk around on the property, though trails would make this easier. Overall we had a great time at Honey Ridge and would return.
