Started with a nice bottle of Pinot Noir and the Antipasto which was abundant and great with the wine, especially the cheeses. Had Lake Erie whitefish with a side of pasta Alfredo - very good but top much after the appetizer and house salad. Spouse had sausage siciliano with side of angel hair. Took half home, but very good. Passed on the gelato.

Clearly a popular restaurant with good quick service. I started my meal with the soup of the day, a chicken noodle creation which, while tasty, was completely over salted. I also tried the Seafood Palermo but it came swimming in olive oil which detracted from the overall enjoyment of the flavors of the shrimp, scallops and calamari, the latter being very tender. Such a pity.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review for the Milano Café. A local tradition from a local family. Nice dining room and a bar side with additional seating for dining. Full menu and bar service. The food and service are always good. The Sunday buffet is one of our regular after church stops.

Admittedly I am hard to impress, so a "perfect" means a lot here! Visited with my DH and two little ones on a super busy Friday evening at the height of supper time. We've been here a few times in the past; but it's been years in between. I was pleased with every single aspect of the meal; from the service (good job Alexis) to the wine and beer choices. The appetizer came out quickly and was super rich, flavorful and perfectly presented. The dining room was lovely without being too fancy for comfort. Even our dining neighbors were cool! We had the Asiago Red Pepper dip with warm Pita, House salads with House italian dressing, Veal Piccata,Tortellini Carbonara (sp?), and a Spaghetti w/Large! Meatball. Every dish had quality ingredients, each was perfectly plated and perfect portion sizes. This is an independent restaurant that GETS IT!! Service, quality, ambience, cleanliness... all very well done. Some would say it's a mite pricy, and I'd mostly agree, but the old saying "you get what you pay for" truly applies here. We'll return.

Great Italian food, great service! We go there a lot and never have to wait. I love the free bread with the cheese in the middle - it's a meal in itself!
