Call before you book because if there is an event, your access to the property will be restricted. If you book through hotels.com, your access to amenities will be blocked. The hotel told me three times that I was not allowed access to amenities because I booked through hotels.com. The bathtub has no traction and my child fell. I was told to contact hotels.com. There was stained blood on the sheets and mold in the shower. I was told to contact hotels.com. When I tried to leave a review, hotels.com blocked me from leaving a review because bad reviews affect their bottom line. There is limited parking so get there early as access to the additional parking lot was blocked because of an event. The handicapped doors do not stay open and my child got trapped in the door as it was closing. They said whoops, sorry, as my child screamed in pain. I was told to contact hotels.com.

My granddaughter wedding was held at this resort and they made sure it was fabulous. With food, bar, pool and exercise facilities all in one place there is no reason you even have to leave the resort.Breakfast was amazing with a great variety to choose from. The good served at the wedding Salmon and Filet Mignon was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Hats off the chef and to the staff for making sure we had everything we needed. Bill at the pub was super friendly.

Room tip: Bathrooms are very small and lighting is very dark. Hard to put on makeup.

Stayed at Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center and the stay was amazing. The hotel staff was super nice and friendly... didnt seem to be bothered when asked for something. They seemed to truly enjoy their jib and seemed genuinely happy to help with everything.

Our first stay here -- close to a client. The grounds are gorgeously landscaped with colorful flowers. The room was adequate although the bathroom was very small, and we had noise from Big Foot above us and the neighbors next door. The staff at the complimentary breakfast are so helpful, and the buffet is good. The omelettes take a while but are the puffiest we've ever seen. Only real complaint is that the "business center" is one keyboard & monitor and the slowest printer imaginable. Definitely not adequate for a conference center.

Greg the shuttle driver was such a gentleman. He was courteous and safely got me back and forth from the airport. My room was beyond expectations. The décor and amenities were great. Microwave, mini fridge & coffee maker. The fitness room had everything I needed for my workout to help keep me on track. And was open around the clock. The food from the dining hall was phenomenal! Beautiful piece of property.
