“Nice change of pace”
Reviewed October 14, 2013

Enjoyed a change of pace by visiting the Breakfast Club Cafe after the kids football game last weekend. Very quick service and friendly. Still being new to the greater Dayton area, it's nice to see and experience new things.
The kids all sat at another booth and had a blast. The crew didn't treat them as "uh-oh...kids". They took great care of them and ensured they were paid close attention to. Thank you for taking good care of us.

“Fantastic Breakfasts!”
Reviewed October 9, 2013

Huge portions, reasonable prices, everything is fixed to order in the kitchen. We liked it so well, we ate their both mornings we stayed in Lebanon. Happy to return again and again.

“I love this place”
Reviewed September 23, 2013

Great place to eat. The breakfast potatoes are sliced and fried not the frozen shredded type that most places have. Eggs done perfectly and their coffee is roasted on site. Worth the trip. Even on a Sunday morning the wait was not very long.

“Worn out. Disappointing.”
Reviewed September 22, 2013 via mobile

This used to be a great place to go for breakfast or lunch. They still have a nice menu with a great variety of lunch and breakfast favorites.
The place is really worn and in need of a good scrubbing. The vinyl wallpaper alongside the booth was full of old splatters and stains. The booth's padding was long gone. The fabric on the backs was even hanging loosely from where there used to be foam once upon a time and it was like sitting against hard wood. The booth seat was broken down and hard. The edge of the table was sticky and stained.
"Oh, the price is the menu is old, we charge more now."
Yes... the grilled cheese is shown in the menu picture with tomato and bacon. I didn't see the small print where the tomato was an up charge, but still it wasn't as large as the up charge that was on our bill. When I questioned it, the server showed the small print to me, which still wasn't as much as what I was charged.
The server explained that the menu was old and that they increased the prices but hadn't gotten around to updating the menus. Huh?! Seriously?
Also -
The server got my order wrong and didn't put bacon and tomato on my grilled cheese. Instead of making me a new sandwich, they just peeled it open and threw a single slice of dry cold tomato and some shriveled up dried out bacon in and served it. (oh. And charged me more for it than the menu price! )
Disappointing.
Seems like it needs some attention and management.

“Great After a Morning Hot Air Balloon Ride”
Reviewed June 14, 2013

My husband and I found this place on tripadvisor and decided to try it after our early morning hot air balloon ride. It hit the spot! We shared a large breakfast of 3 eggs, 3 pancakes and bacon and were very satisfied. Servers were pleasant and attentive.
