Not for sure when or why this use to be cute n fin place to come with kids changed so drastically. But it certainly has. Years ago the staff were all attentive n sweet, now it's as of we were a problem. Granted I had two 8yo boys being very patient with me, but the staff were not nice. The food isn't near as good as years prior and the prices are way higher.

I travel to Lancaster several times a year, and make it a point to always stop at Annie's. I don't really eat desserts (that's what I tell my doctor anyway), but the display case is so tempting that it's a battle not too. Annie's has delicious soups, sandwiches, and salads. This is a great place to have an enjoyable meal, or just a cup of tea and a piece of one of their speciality cheesecakes. The staff is young, cheerful, and efficient, and the restaurant is clean and well run. The decorations are fun, and there is a small (but very interesting) gift shop. Overall, Annie's is a nice choice when you aren't in the mood for a heavy meal or boring fast food.

Food was okay, nothing special. Service was quick and friendly and much appreciated!
