“Would love to give 4.5!”

We really enjoyed the meatball sliders appetizer. The selection of beer on draught was very good. The foccacia The entrees were very tasty but the angelhair in the veal piccata was just a little too soft. The sausage-spinach ziti was also very tasty but heavy on the sausage and light on the ziti.
Pumpkin bread pudding for dessert was excellent.
Service was better than average!

“great new Italian restaurant”
Reviewed October 17, 2013

Wonderful food and reasonable prices. You can't go wrong with any of Cerino's pasta dishes. My two favorites are the lemon parmesan chicken with angel hair pasta, and the Corti Bucati, a tasty pasta with slow roasted pork shoulder and cremini mushrooms. My suggestion is that you order the small Caesar salad followed by your favorite pasta dish. Bar offers a very drinkable pinot grigio at $5

“Bland food but reasonably priced”
Reviewed October 14, 2013

Girlfriend and I were visiting from out of state and came across this place on a Saturday night. It seemed popular since it was packed, though it's a small restaurant anyway, so we gave it a try. Sat at the bar so to get immediate seating. Staff was very kind. With the combination of the music and the boisterous atmosphere it was very loud, though I had no complaints. We weren't real adventurous with our menu selections but the spaghetti with meat sauce that she got and my chicken parmesan were very bland. No flavor at all, to be honest. They must not have garlic or oregano in their kitchen. The marinara sauce was plain. Didn't care for the shredded lettuce on the spaghetti. The bread and olive oil were plain with no herbs in the oil. I'm no chef but I do believe I can make better sauce at home with just a simple jar of Prego. Total meal was only $20 so it was reasonable. I'm just surprised at the good reviews this place gets. Must not be much for competition in the way of Italian dining in the Cleveland area.

“Worth a try”
Reviewed October 3, 2013

Open only a short time, the food, and service are spot on. We tried the Parmesan Zucchini Planks for an app followed by the Whole Wheat Chicken Sorrento and a Fresh Mushroom Ravioli special with Vermouth Sauce. Everything was cooked just right. Along with the entres comes a very good Focaccia bread. The beer and wine list is adequate, portions are good and prices are reasonable. Small plates are available for those desiring them. Eddie Cerrino's is a nice addition to the area.

“Not bad!”
Reviewed September 9, 2013

I used to frequent this establishment when it was Eddie N Eddie's so I was disappointed when they closed to reopen as Italian. I am happy to say their food is pretty good. They did keep a few items from the Eddie menu so I was happy about that! Their salads are great! The wait staff is always friendly!
