We couldn't have been happier with our stay! The B+B was clean, bright, and comfortable. Patty was incredibly welcoming and very helpful in planning our daily outings. We found the free bikes to be indispensable - and biking around the island turned out to be one of the best parts of our trip. I also had little trouble with the WiFi during our visit (important for busy traveller's like us). There is barely any travel time between downtown and the B+B (an easy walk) but not being off the main road means that it's always quiet. If you're planning a trip for one or two tot he island, I HIGHLY recommend The House on Huntington Lane. I'm hoping for an opportunity to book again next summer!

Room Tip: Book early! Weekends go fast!

Patty goes out of her way to make you feel at home. The rooms are wonderfully appointed. The atmosphere is warm & cosey.
The Patio area has umbrellas over tables & chairs. It is so peasful. I have stayed with Patty 4 times. She remembers my name, is always cheerful& makes good coffie.

Room Tip: All rooms are Great!

We had a wonderful visit and highly recommend this B&B. Patty was a wonderful hostess and the breakfast was very fresh and tasty. The building has tons of character and the rooms were spotless. She also offered some great sightseeing tips of the island. In addition, Patty offers bikes and golf carts, if you want.

We stayed recently for the weekend at this comfy b&b. it was very relaxed and a great location; just a short walk to the downtown area. We had a couple snags in our weekend (all our fault!) and Patty was nothing but helpful and gracious getting our trip back on track. We will definitely be back, hopefully for longer next time!

The House on Huntington Lane is a great place to stay for a weekend away. Patty, the owner, will make you feel right at home in her comfortable, immaculate house. Our room was clean and spacious and tastefully appointed with country decor. The breakfast was casual, but more than sufficient with homemade poppyseed bread, bagels, cereal, juice, toast and coffee. My husband and I enjoyed our breakfast on the back patio each morning of our stay. Patty rented us her golf cart for much less than you can rent them uptown. And she has bicycles you can use for free. The house is immaculate, yet comfortable with many amenities, but Patty herself makes all the difference. She's friendly and warm without being weird. We've stayed at a few bed and breakfasts, but we definitely felt the most at-home at Patty's place. Thank you for a great experience!
