The service was great, the room was fantastic and the food was excellent. To sum up the place in one word I would have to say WOW! Our favorite part of our stay was the deck overlooking the lake that was located across the street. We would highly reccomend this place and are already planning our return trip.

As you step off the ferry and travel down the scenic lake view road to this beautiful B&B, you feel yourself sinking slowly into relaxation mode. Then upon arrival, you are greeted by Beth and Tim who make you feel as if they have known you for years. They check you into room luxury room with the view of Lake , open the windows and hear the sounds of waves crashing against the shorline. The wrap around front deck gives you the chance to sit and forget about everything you have left on the main land. Then they bring out the wine and cheese for happy hour and we then went across the street to their own private deck on the water and relaxed even more.
The next morning we woke up to the smell of this outstanding breakfast that Beth and Tim have just prepared. You better be hungry, you have your choice of many outstanding foods.
If you are looking for a outstanding , quiet, relaxing weekend, you have found the spot.

Outstanding!!! B&B.

This is a very romantic Bed and Breakfest, overlooking the shore of Lake Erie on Kelleys Island. The food was wonderfull! The owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome, but don't intrude on your privacy! Everything was top notch, my wife loved it!

A lovely inn for most part, however as we signed up for a romance package deal, we never got to sail. The hot tub would not go above 100 degrees thereby being more like a lukewarm bath. The price is just not worth it. The worst part was the room was quite dirty. The curtains caked with dust, the furniture visably dusty. Yes, we always have a good time on the island, however next year we will find another place to stay. On the plus side breakfast is always quite delicious with delightful selections. We've stayed there several time previous, but the quality has gone awry, sorry to say.

This was our first time staying at a Bed & Breakfast , and what a truly wonderful experience.
The home was beautiful, with breathtaking views of the lake. The rooms were gorgeous and very quiet. Breakfast was unbelievable, and Tim & Beth make you feel very welcome.
We had access to golf carts, bicycles, or could use our car. We often chose to walk along the shore of the lake. It was very quiet and the views beautiful. They also have decking that is right on the lake and we spent several hours just watching the water and listening to the waves. They also offer sailing, which was fantastic.
This truly was the best vacation we have ever had and we really were able to kick back and relax. This is truly a place that is unique and very welcoming. We will definitely be returning.

The house is one of the most beautiful on the island. Though it appears to be an older home, it’s actually new construction so it’s clean and well maintained. The breakfasts and coffee were wonderful, and our bed and sheets were incredibly comfortable. Tim and Beth took us sailing as part of the package on their 35 foot sailboat. Despite a lack of wind, it was a lovely hour or so. I do recommend the place for the right situation. We were three couples who hadn’t seen each other in quite some time, and if I were to do it again, I would choose other lodging. For someone alone or a couple, it’s an outstanding place. For a somewhat rowdy six-some, not so much. Although the culture fit wasn’t right, Tim did his best to make everyone comfortable.

My husband and I stayed at the B&B for a long weekend. Our room was very clean and the view from our room was excellent. Beth and Tim are very nice people and very welcoming. We used the Bikes for an evening and rented the golf cart for the day and toured the whole island. In the mornings before breakfast we would get our coffees and sit on their deck on the water. I would recommend this place if you are traveling to Kelley's Island or even Put In Bay as it is just a ferry boat away!

Town was friendly and fun!
