Lobby and check in were nice and there is ample parking. We had a suite with a kitchen and although there had been some updates to the decor the wallpaper, carpet and bathroom were all in poor condition. The faux wood doors were weird and really dated the room. The AC unit was loud so we were unable to sleep with it on but the room was very warm so it made for uncomfortable sleep. The wallpaper and caulking in the bathroom were discolored and peeling and appeared to be dirty and the door handle was obviously broken as part of it was dangling off of the door. I had a very frustrating interaction with a front desk agent on one of the days of our stay but all the other staff we came in to contact with were friendly and helpful. The fitness room needs to be updated with new equipment and it would be nice to have some free weights as well. The location was great and there are lots of dining options in the area and a mall that is not too far away.

We recently stayed for 3 nights while the Yankees were in town. We were leery at first at we are used to staying in downtown Cleveland but were pleasantly suprised at the ease of the drive in to Cleveland. Bonuses included free parking and free breakfast at the hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly, especially Jeanette at the morning breakfast bar. I will definitely look into this hotel upon our next visit to Cleveland

We stayed at this hotel for one night while we were in town for two baseball games! The hotel was easy to find and only about ten minutes from downtown cleveland. The staff was very friendly and helpful!! The king jacuzzi room was great very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious and although it was crowded the staff kept bringing fresh food out to keep it filled. I would stay here again with no hesitation!

This was the closest we could get to the city and it was an easy commute. I did see people taking cabs, but we drove. The king jacuzzi room was nice and clean. Morning breakfast was included and Jeanette was working. She was such a nice lady and really working hard to keep all the food stocked. That was challenging I am sure because the hotel was full. The pool looked nice, but we didn't use it. The manager's reception 5-7pm for wine and cheese is a really nice touch. We did not have any because we were going out to dinner at Pier W, which I highly recommend. I would definitely choose this location again if I could not get a room downtown. It is close to Cleveland Clinic building on Rockside Road so if that is what is bringing you into the area, this would be a good choice.

We stayed for two nights having heard about this motel through some friends. We were planning to visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and other attractions in the downtown Cleveland area. The motel is about 12 to 15 minutes drive to the attractions and provided free WiFi, parking, and breakfast. The motel desk staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, accomodating our request to be located near our traveling companions and providing information on local dining places. They als had a manager's reception between 5:00 and 7:00 pm providing cheese and crackers and wine or coffee.
For us this was by far a better and less expensive place to stay than in the downtown area.
