Stayed here for a short weekend. The room was really clean, although is could have used a dusting on detail areas (wall divider between bed and sofa). Was pleasantly surprised at the size of the sofa in the room. It easily accommodated all four of us (two adults and two 12 year olds) while watching tv/hanging out. Really liked that it had the separate bar area for coffee and a sink to wash out our cups. There was a small refrigerator, which comes in handy for drinks and food. Unfortunately it did NOT have a microwave. I thought this was a huge minus. Especially after dining out and having leftovers, you either have to eat them cold or throw them out. Yes there is a microwave downstairs in the cafe area, but what a hassle, especially if you have small children or are busy with work that you don't want to really interrupt or just don't want to leave the room anymore.
Shower was nice, good pressure and clean. Bathroom is a little on the small side, but nothing that was a deal breaker.
We didn't get to visit the workout area, but the pool was nice. It was big enough to have several families playing in it without bumping into each other.
Breakfast was good. Kind of basic, but better. First morning was scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles and a variety of cereals/muffins/toast. Second morning was egg, canadian bacon on an english muffin. They had a much better variety than the whole dry cereal and a pastry breakfast you find elsewhere.
We would stay here again, next time we come through Cleveland. It was nice to be near everything without being "downtown".

Room Tip: First floor has rooms near the pool and the smoking/pet area which would seem to be more high traffic. I would avoid this area if you need a quieter room.

A very nice experience. Our double room had two 'rooms' with a nice kitchen area. No microwave (that we could find) but a little fridge and sink. The tv (not many channels for a property this nice) was viewable from the 'living room' and the 'bedroom' areas. Reliable wifi. The complimentary breakfast was very good, and there was plenty of room and food even on the very busy weekend when we arrived. The location is good as well - only about 10 or 15 minutes to downtown and the same distance to the parks to the south. Lastly, the price wasn't cheap but we've paid twice as much for rooms that weren't this nice.

This Hyatt Place was perfect. The beds were extra comfy, the room was immaculately cleaned, the linens soft, great shower, nice people, superb free breakfast, and all around great experience. Thanks! Will definitely stay again when I am on Cleveland.

This hotel is extremely wonderful, the rooms were nice, clean and very spacious, like a lil apt, fridge but no microwave, there was one in the breakfast nook for use 24/7, the entire staff seemed to love their jobs, which made them very friendly, Sat. and Sun. breakfasts were, awesome with variety. The pool was just right.

Very friendly staff. Clean room, nice semi-separate area with desk and sofa. Comfortable bed. Talking could sometimes be heard from the hallway, but not a major issue. Breakfast had nice variety of hot/cold items. Scrambled eggs one morning were excellent. Considering the reviews for other properties in the immediate area, this property seems to offer very good value.
