The food was delicious. The place is in serious need of remodeling. There is a newer carpet cut out like a runner over older filthy carpet. The fish tank was seriously dirty. The ceiling was stained and the walls either need a good scrubbing or to be painted. That aside, the food was delicious. The service was poor, but it was one older gentleman who was the waiter, ran people out, and answered the phone. I believe he owned it. He was attentive, but too busy.

The hummus and pita were delicious. The Al Saher falafel was amazing. Prices were great too. Under $8 for most things.

Driving from Midland, MI down to the Toledo area we were looking for something we hadn't had for awhile. I saw this here on TA with great reviews so we stopped for dinner. I had the lamb kabob lunch and Vern had the dinner, the hummus and pita chips with small flat bread bits appetizer went Fast! Really excellent taste and textures. The rice mixture was superb, especially when I added in more hummus. The yogurt dip was spot on. The size was exactly enough and they threw in a bowl of rice pudding for free. So custardy and softly flavored it was truly the highlight. I also had a tropical smoothie (banana, guava, mango and strawberry) that was sensational. What a treat. The restaurant is not highly decorated but the staff is very solicitous with very reasonable pricing.

Affordable, delicious with great wait staff. Always enjoy going here. Al Saher Super Falafel is my favorite and my husband always gets the gyro. Yum!
