“Great place to stay”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 19, 2013 via mobile

My husband, daughter, grand daughter & myself recently stayed for 3 nights whilst visiting relatives in the area. Our 2 bedroom apartment was wonderful, very comfortable & clean.....very close to a lot of great eating places. I would highly recommend staying at the Quest Werribee - we intend to return

Check in staff were delightful - quick, efficient, helpful without being pushy. We were in for just one night - it was a business trip so no time to hover around. The room - my room (through no fault of management) had someone who had smoked in it - smelly! But opening the window helped, and then I ran the heater - the room cleared. I can't even express how IMMACULATE this room was! Seriously - no dust, no smears, the bathroom looked like it had been installed that day. I have NEVER seen a cleaner hotel. Ever. Also, really nice touches like a coffee plunger and real coffee. Huge fluffy towels, working alarm clock , full size ironing board!! And a blow dryer. All the comforts of home in a tiny (but not cramped) hotel room. Secure parking, as well. I didn't hear a peep from the street - the windows seem to be double glazed - or maybe I was just tired. Pillows and mattress excellent too. Look, I can't fault this place. The staff were just lovely, it felt like a family run hotel. And as I said, you will never find a cleaner place.

Room Tip: Probably ask for a room not facing the street, but I didn't find it a problem at all.

Very clean, very new. Friendly staff. All facilities in the room worked and were in good condition and the bed was comfortable with good linen. The one bedrooms have their own laundry facilities and the kitchen was spacious and well appointed. Considering where it is located it was also quiet with the balcony doors closed. Easy undercover parking. This is the kind of room I'd like to find every time I travel.

Having read the previous reviews, just few things to bear in mind. The charging station for the different mobile phones is excellent, but if you have an iphone 5 you will still need your own charger. And if I had not been able to use my mobile as a hot spot I would have found the internet charges a bit steep. Finally the in building supermarket closes at 6pm. This is not a huge issue as there is a large suburban supermarket just over the road which is open late. Plenty of options to eat locally - I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Stayed for 3 nights over Easter in a two bedroom apartment for a family event in Werribee, other members of my family also stayed at the Quest. Apartments are positioned within walking distant to lots of eateries with the railway station just a few blocks away. Well-appointed with everything needed for a family stay. It’s clean and modern, and the charging bay was fantastic I have not seen that before but it's a great idea. We will defiantly make a return visit next time we are staying in Werribee

We spent 2 nights over Easter at the Quest Werribee. Very impressed with the apartment, the service, and the location. Well appointed, spacious & spotless as another reviewer has written previously. Had an issue with lights not working, and even though it was the Easter weekend, our lights were attended to by Management as early as could be expected. Reception staff very helpful. We were located on the side of the block, near a very busy supermarket car park, yet the noise was minimal. Would recommend Quest apartments to other travellers.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night. It had the most reasonable prices of all the places we looked at. The woman on reception was SO nice & helpful (I feel bad that I've forgotten her name...but she mentioned she was from Tasmania originally, in case anyone from the company is reading this!). We stayed in a studio, which was absolutely gorgeous. It was clean, modern & comfortable. We had all the little extras, like iPod connectivity to the stereo, a little kitchen, free toiletries & a cool charging station for all devices electronic. We had free, secure parking & access to a great front loader washing machines & dryers. It was absolutely fabulous and we will definitely keep Quest in mind next time we need a hotel.

This is new building is a great addition to an area not previously blessed with a lot of good quality accommodation at reasonable prices. The rooms are very well appointed, spacious and spotless. The staff are friendly and careful. The location is good - the building is above a new supermarket, so food and other daily requirements are close at hand and the main street of Werribee is a minute's walk away, so finding somewhere to eat is not a challenge (don't expect fancy inner-city eateries here in the outer suburbs though).

Room Tip: If you are particularly sensitive to noise, choose a room away from the main road. It is not a big i...
