We dropped in for lunch mid-week and found it wasn't too busy. They have a good a-la-carte menu range as well as takeaway options (which you can also eat at the tables). I ordered a chai tea and it seemed a bit stingy as I got one small teacup of hot water with the tea bag on the side. At least the food quantity was much better and the quality wasn't bad either. The cafe seemed quite popular with the locals.
