We make the 2 hour round trip at least once a month for Pedros fish and chips. The service is always pleasant and the food is always excellent and very inexpensive. Top it off with a yummy ice cream cone for dessert and the kids all think they have died and gone to heaven. Why travel an hour just for fish and chips you may ask,,our answer is BECAUSE ITS THE BEST!!

Eager to taste fresh Tassy fish - we were advised to go to Pedro's. Unfortunately, Mum's grilled fish and chips was dry and uninteresting. Mine was better - crumbed Trevally with cheese and red current Jelly - but only OK. We were there early, but even then the waitress was curt and a little unfriendly - we did ask what was happening at the pier nearby and were dismissed. It appears there is now some competition between Pier01 and Pedro's. So, Pedro's had better make more of an effort!

We went for tea on Saturday the 30th March, fantastic sitting in the little side area above the water. Food was superb, we will spread the word. And will absolutely eat here again.
