The cafe food was great the crepes were tasty with yummy berries. Small shop but some interesting nuts and jams.

We went there today and got the crepes and the waffles. Both really yum. Get to enjoy the nice view and sit out side. Was not affected by the weather as they have cafe' blinds across the front which keeps the wind out. I read the last review and the jam's we purchased were $7.95. There is some once with other flavors like brandy and there liqueurs which were more expensive.
I didn't have any of the chocolate so can not comment on that.
Overall I you are looking for a pancake breakfast or afternoon tea this is the place to go.
They let you try all the jams and things before you by as well. Enjoy.

We visited when the berries were out of season, so not that exciting. It's a nice cafe and the shop has lots of jams, chocolates and other bits and pieces. It was ok.

We went to Kate's Berry Farm on a recommendation. It's a pretty little cafe/shop.
The chocolates we bought were actually stale, think they had been sat around too long. One only had half the honeycomb inside the rest was air! Definitely not cheap at $3.50 a piece!!!
Expensive all round as a jar of jam is $11+.
Guess its a tourist attraction and admittedly homemade and handmade so will attract a price tag.

Out of season there are no berries to see but still the view is awesome. We came for the Belgian Waffles that lonely planet was raving about but actually the icecream is what is worth coming for plus the berry sauce that comes with it. The do sell a lot of relish and chutneys and jams that all can be tried. Nice good place for a break on the way.
