“Decent buffet but over priced”
Reviewed October 19, 2013

Fairly decent selection .outstanding pork loin, good ocean trout. Fair dim sum
The local oysters might have been good when freshly shucked . They were totally devoid of their liquor . Dry and just not very good . Very pricey for what was offered.

“Excellent quality, service and value”
Reviewed September 13, 2013 via mobile

During our stay in the village breakfast was included. Hot breakfast fare as well as the usual continental choices-excellent.
For dinner we also chose the buffet and again were very happy with the quality and selection. Lots of locally produced goodies and a wind list boasting many Tasmanian options. Service was helpful and friendly.
View amazing!

Well you could sit here all day and drink the view. Its ever changing and just such a great spot to perch for a meal.
The restaurant has been here awhile, but is in keeping with the town. Warm, appealing in a family sort of way. We bought the whole crew in for a meal. The kids all boys from 17 down to 12 eat like horses, boy oh boy.
The menu has enough of a variety to keep the peace, the staff were friendly, quick and easy to deal with. The meals came out and were devoured, no adverse comments so we were on a winner. The meals are great, desert came and went and we all had satisfied smiles. No issues here. With out the kids you could sit for ever. Afterwards enjoy a walk around town.

“Food With A View”
Reviewed May 28, 2013

This is set on top of a hill so you can eat your meal and look out over the harbor watching fishing boats and sea planes move about as you enjoy 5 star food through large window panes or you can sit outside on fine warm days and enjoy the sea breeze
