In very simple terms, it was a pleasant, comfortable and relaxing stay. Room had everything we needed, clean and airy. Great value for money and we would stay here again.

We were very happy with our accommodation. The rooms are new and modern and quite spacious. They have a great shower and come with a washing machine and dryer. There was also a full kitchen. IGA and the petrol station are located just down the road. It is about 550 m into town so a short walk but that was not a problem for us.

I stayed in room 1 with my husband. It was cosy and had everything we needed except and oven! I think it would be more practical to have a larger dining table. It was too small.
Bed was comfortable, Free WiFi and Austar a bonus.
Friendly service.

Strahan was lovely. We did the Heritage Cruise, ate at Risby's and watched the sunset at Ocean Beach. A great weekend away.

We stayed in one of the garden rooms, in the back yard. The room was large and nicely fitted out with modern fittings. It would be perfect for 2 people, but a little awkward when using the sofa bed for an extra bed for third adult.
No outlook, and very basic breakfast provision (cereal and milk). However the location is handy, with a short down hill walk to the town centre and all activities. (Slower on the way home - uphill!) Car parking is convenient, and near room. The bathroom was beautiful with a stellar shower head!
A minor booking error, was nicely handled by a gracious owner, with a small discount given for her mistake. Free Wi-fi appreciated.
I would stay here again when next travelling just with two.

Booked this after reading the reviews and can highly recommend when staying in Strahan. We only stayed one night but more would have been great for the apartment. Nothing much to do for longer in Strahan.

Well I rarely write a review but I just stepped in the door at home and I feel compelled. A mate and I stayed in "Apartment 2" on a motor cycle jaunt. This place is boutique NOT antique which is sometimes associated with the boutique logo. I mean if I stay in a joint with doilies I would spew. I found this upmarket apartment to be very new, exceptionally modern and spotlessly clean. I think it would appeal to everyone from honeymooners to modern families.

Location wise it is about 50 meters from the local supermarket and a 5 minute amble down to the foreshore and its various eateries. P.S Public Bar meals (not bistro) at Hamers Hotel were cheap, top quality and a damn decent serve.

Back to "Apartment 2", although listed as a 1 bedroom it could easily and comfortably accommodate a family of four. The large master bedroom has a couch, desk and TV. It also has its own entry onto the toilet/laundry. The spacious living area can be closed off with two large doors from the bedroom. This area has another 2 couches on of which folds out into a comfy bed, dining table and well equipped kitchenette. Again there is another entry to the toilet/laundry. I will definitely be back with my family to stay in this apartment. It ticks all the boxes. We always try to have a separate area for Mum & Dad to socialise after hours whilst the kids bunk down or watch their own TV or play with their gadgets.

The staff were polite but not overbearing. They even found a mobile phone charger for me to use which was great. PS They also have free Wi-Fi.

This is a great place to stay. The standard of accommodation was excellent and the service was terrific - would highly recommend. This site was a great help in planning our trip and I found that the reviews were pretty much spot on!
