Wow what an excellent overall experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting with views overlooking the townhsip of Stanley.
The husband and wife team who own and actively run this restaurant have created an atmosphere that is both warm and inviting.
Their passion for food is reflected not only on the plate, but also in Roberts vibrant and enthusiastic persona. He creates a level of excitement and a dining experience, rather than just providing a meal to patrons.
The dynamic menu selection is extensive and rotates weekly. The compilation of ingredients in each of the individual dishes are married so well even deciding what to have is tough, but in a good way that makes the mouth water and tummy rumble even before you begin!
The freshness of the salad and vegetables was as if just plucked from the garden. The thickest of meat dishes was cooked to perfection and testament to quality is when an inch and half thick rib eye steak is easily sliced with a butter knife - no joke! The range of sauces - of which are all skilfully designed and crafted in house - are tasty and work well to enhance the flavours of each dish.
But leave room for dessert - this is a must - with some very unique yet absolutely delictable taste sensations!
When staying in Stanley, plan at least 2 nights! That way you can try at least 2 different meals- we did!
