A return visit didn't disappoint. A wet, windy day but a very warm welcome and exciting menu choices. Tempura travella was wonderful and other guests opted for the pork belly which was also a good choice. Only one had sweets, the rest of us too full but envious when the apple and rhubarb crumble arrived. I noticed children extremely well catered for. A shame to see this popular little cafe leaving Penguin but we will certainly visit devonport.
