I loved the soup and the dessert, everything was home made and very nice, not too expensive, and a nice little restaurant. I recommend it.

Visit Mole Creek fairly frequently and usually divide our stops between the pub, cafe at the online centre and here.

Meals and drinks are generally very good here as is the service.

This week we stopped for lunch. I enjoyed two excellent chai lattes..both lovely and creamy.

We both ordered a scotch fillet steak sandwich (turkish bread). Cooked just how I like it more well done than medium, so if you like different make sure to say so. Quality meat too.

Good size as well quality meal for $18. Chips were excellent, not greasy at all. A good salad that wasn't just green bits, there was lots of capsicum, cumcumber and tomato too.

Glad to stop here after a long cycle from Cradle Mountain. Lovely little cafe and friendly attentive girl serving. The homemade beef and red wine pie was fantastic - tasty and perfectly cooked beef and pastry. A real homemade fresh meal served promptly and with a smile!

We went here once and will never go back. The food was actually really good, but the service let it down so much that we couldn't enjoy anything. We started getting our order taken by an older lady, then halfway through a young girl was asked to step in. She took forever to write everything down, but at least she was getting it. First when we (finally) got our drinks, 2 of which were wrong (we only ordered 4...) When the guy then stepped in to take our order, he was very sarcastic about getting the correct drinks and we felt we were in the wrong just for asking for lemon lime and bitters (all he had to do was open a bottle). The burgers came out first, one was asked for without relish and the young girl realised they both had relish, the beefburger was meant to be without. One was meant to be a venison burger, but she obviously didn't have a clue which one so just picked one to set down and took the other away. No-one came to take away our plates at the end, we felt we were ignored and also witnessed another man enter the premises and get virtually ignored too. Considering there isn't many options if you are staying a few nights in Mole Creek, there service made sure we didn't go back here again. The Hotel has much better service.
