One of the best eateries in Tasmania so far. The best pizza you have ever tasted. A quaint little restaurant run by some real friendly locals. The place to eat or simply have a coffee in Coles Bay. Thanks we had a great night. From a couple from Wollongong NSW

Would highly recommend this restaurant. Huon Valley Mushroom soup, thin based Pizza Margarita and Friands for dessert. All mouth watering. Great coffee with perfect extraction.
Views of the Hazards a bonus.

We enjoyed a lovely breakfast here and then returned for a late lunch after our walk to Wine Glass Bay. All four of our group had the Mulligatawny Soup which was just amazing. Coffee was also very good.

My husband and I had breakfast at Tombolo in early May during a visit to the Freycinet area. (The cafe having been recommended to us by staff at The Edge.) The food was really good - quality ingredients well prepared and nicely presented. Our meals, the great coffee and the lavender tea suggested by one of the affable young waitresses, were enjoyed on the small deck overlooking the bay. Very pleasant! Unfortunately, we weren't staying longer in the area, or we certainly would have returned to Tombolo - if not for another breakfast, to at least try the wood fired pizza. Our breakfast here beat, hands down, any we had at the cafés along Salamanca Place over the next four days!

We went for lunch took us a while to find it, it is in the Bay Area near convenience store.

We had best fillet burgers of whole trip! Buns soft and fresh, beed fillet cooked perfectly, even fresh salad! We mmm our way through them!

The sweets were unusual and opera was layered.

Coffee was also perfect. Little quaint cake knife would have done better if it had silvo Polish rubbed on it though.

Worth a visit!
