The Lost Farm is just a great experience. Right from the moment you step into the place, the staff are all very freindly and welcoming. We had Jess look after us the whole trip and she was amazing, thank you Jess. The restaurant is world class in both quality and location. You will not see a more picturesque view. The was a true test of Links Golf and if you get the wind blowing look out it can be brutal. The course is very traditional, all of the fences are made from the old trees, and the signage is excellent and blends into the landscape. Overall very impressive, and i know many people across the USA and Europe will be jealous that we can experience this by jumoing on a short flight.

Room Tip: The rooms are all comfortable with the Lost farm Double villas having a sliding door to section off 2 double beds if necessary.

We stayed here for one night with friends from interstate. Whilst we are not serious golfers, we played 9 holes at The Lost Farm, just for the experience. Our stay was most enjoyable with every aspect enhanced by the great staff and the beautiful setting.

We stayed in an Ocean view room which was spacious, clean and modern. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had a separate lounge area with a small balcony overlooking the dunes and the ocean. The rooms are quiet and although there was some noise coming from the hallway, overall this hotel is much quieter than many I have stayed in.

The restaurant is truly spectacular with the most glorious views of Bass Strait and nearby Bridport township through the full length windows that run the whole length of the restaurant. The food was delicious with a great wine list and terrific service, all at a reasonable price.

All in all, a great experience made even better by friendly staff from the pro shop, hotel reception and the wait staff.

My husband, 4 year old and I stayed for one night. The rooms are spacious, clean and very well laid out. The room is able to be divided if you want to split the room though the middle bed would not have a window. I wish all rooms were set out like this for when you have kids (though I imagine it is really for golfing groups). Our room had 2 queen size beds with their own TV which my daughter thought was wonderful. As guests mentioned the corridor was a long walk, so ask for one closer to reception if you have mobility issues. We had a view over the dunes. The wood and finishes outdoors at Lost Farm are beautiful and reflect the sand and grass and you feel like you're off the mainland. We loved going on the practice green and walking here.

We had a fantastic 3 course dinner at the restaurant. The food and service were excellent. The view was one of my top 3 views from a restaurant. They also were excellent children's food: real chicken nuggets and a salad as asked. I would definitely return for dinner as there were many items I would like to try. We actually got a bill after 2 courses but decided we'd have to stay for desert. You are then able to walk back to your room instead of getting a cab etc.

Lost Farm is close to Bridport which is good for coffee and a walk on pristine beaches. And then of course I lost my husband to the golf course (which he loves-2nd visit).......

As a group we stayed in the villa at the Dunes, Very nice, lovely view of greens and dunes and excellent for a group as all the rooms have their own ensuites. Ate at the restuarant which was ok - and had a spa which was magnificent - it was expensive however the service, treatment and care by the girls was exceptional. I didnt play golf but ws told it was a great course.

Long weekend of golf with wife and 3 other golfing couples. Lost Farm accommodation is reasonably spacious, clean and well appointed. Great golfing at both Lost Farm and dunes golf courses. Excellent meals at Lost Farm Restaurant and Dunes Dining Room. Staff friendly and generally helpful. Very enjoyable experience overall.
