Tonic is located in an old building in the beautiful village of Millthorpe close to Orange. We lunched there recently and enjoyed the food immensely. A fine selection of dishes to choose from the menu and a wine list that is reasonable and reasonably priced. All dishes that we selected were excellent in preparation and taste. Could not fault any of them. As noted by some other reviewers the service is perhaps a bit casual but it was efficient enough and friendly and we were in no hurry. They do seem reluctant to prepare and present the bill to the table so we went to the service desk to pay. Maybe that is how they want it? Prices for lunch were $60 for two courses and $70 for three. We came away well contented and very happy with our experience, Well worth the trip to Millthorpe and can be combined with a stroll around the very interesting old village.
