This restaurant has been consistently good for some time now, but Chef Adrian Hunt and his charming wife Csilla have made Ashcrofts a dining must for the mountains.
The presentation and quality of the food is second to none! We have already booked a return visit in November... Booking our accommodation afterwards, just so we can return for another glorious lunch. This restaurant compares to any of the 'top notch' restaurants in Sydney and a not to be missed experience if dining in the Blue Mountains.
