My husband and I stayed for 1 night in early September and drew the short straw by being allocated one of the rooms by the front door affected by foot traffic coming in and out of the guesthouse. I found the room somewhat tired and drab and lacking in space. The bathroom was tiny and very much in need of an update. The sink was just a hand basin of the type usually found in a toilet facility and there was nowhere to put any toiletries except on the floor. The shower curtain also didn't hang low enough so that water spilled over onto the bathroom floor.
The atmosphere was somewhat boarding housey. No sign of the home made jams at breakfast as advertised on the website, just those cheap plastic packets. If you're after somewhere nice to stay for a weekend in the Blue Mountains, I'd look elsewhere.
