This unpretentious restaurant at the front of the Victory Antique Centre high in the Blue Mountains about two hours drive from Sydney is well worth the drive. The menu prepared by Proprietor/Chef Terry Tan is varied and each offering is a superb example of his considerable culinary skills. The restaurant is open for dinner Friday and Saturday evenings and open every day as a fashionable café with great coffee and a good selection of appertising meals and snacks

Excellent burger on ciabatta, but at $17 seemed a little expensive. Service a little slow at lunchtime but it was busy. Amazing bric-a-brac out the back makes it a charming visit overall!

The coffee is good and the meals good value. i dont think we have ever been to Blackheath when it is warm enough to sit outside! The only downside is they dont have card facilities which is a little annoying,

Terry and his crew have been serving coffee, light lunches and all-day big breakfasts at this Blackheath spot for what seems like 20 years, but they have only recently started serving dinner, too.
They are on to a winner: a small but consistently good menu of Asian and Asian-inspired dishes, friendly yet professional service (sharper than during the daytime), and good coffee to round up the meal.
Favourite dish: the beef curry, which is creamy and fragrant and comes with fluffy steamed rice. Oh yes, and the scallops as an entree, which are remarkably good and remarkably good value at just $3.50 a pop. Have two.
Not licensed but there is a small bottle shop just across the road. Also: they don't open every night, so ring ahead and check details.
Well worth a visit.

One of only two cafes in Blackheath where you can sit outside and get a bit of sun. Fairly normal cafe style food during the day but a good atmosphere. Open three nights a week for dinner and that is fantastic - modern oz asian and worth every cent.
