Each morning in Yelapa, we would head to new a restaurant in search of what we thought we were the best huevos rancheros. Gloria's was a first stop and took home the prize. An added benefit of the huevos at Gloria's was the magnificent hashbrown-like side dish. I wasn't a huge fan of the coffe, however. As someone who usually drinks my coffee black, I had to add some sugar to drink it. All-in-all, it's worth it for the huevos!
Gloria's was a quiet and quaint. We enjoyed sitting on the shaded patio and watching as the town came to life. Our server was friendly and efficient.
