“Fish tacos”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 27, 2012

The fish tacos where great. They are closer to the middle of the beach but not at all touristy feeling. They are open later than the other beach restaurants and are cleans and have good service.

“Best by Far”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 19, 2012

Ok made my first trip to Yelapa last week , took the Yelapa water Taxi for 250 pesos return when we arrived, we were told that the bars did not charge for the seats and that it was best to stay at those bars for our return journey ....ok a cold drink RIPOFF 50 pesos for a limonada natural , 30 peso for a almost cold beer ok i know that you have to bring everything in by boat BUT if you turn left on the beach and walk 50 yards you will see some new Palapas a tall one for the bar and several offering great shade . The food presentation was excellent better than some of the big name hotels. Prices very reasonable , service excellent and the beers ice cold ..
Highly recommended . sorry no photos i was too busy stuffing fish tacos and super fresh salsa with probably 1 of the best guacamoles i have had since being in Mexico (7 years )

“Yelapa get-away”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 20, 2012

We ordered clam lingini, fajitas and guacamole 'to go' and had enough for two meals! It was great! Our waitres, Alicia, even arranged for a water taxi to take us across the bay to Playa Isabel. Wish I knew the name of the young man that virtually lifted me into the ponga! What a great evening!

“We lived here for most of every day during our stay”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 20, 2012

Friendly staff, ran a tab for the week for us, evening entertainment, and an absolutely engaging hilarious crowd daily on the beach. Ate many breakfasts (rosemary hash browns are dynamite) and dinners here. My wife had grilled fish that had been caught that day. Some of the best fish I've ever tasted.

“Full Moon”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 2, 2012

Ok so I am late in posting this but we had a wonderful time at Angelina's. Food was fresh, well prepared and fairly priced. Would rate dinner excellent. Service was great and friendly. And the night we were there they had a "Full Moon Festival" with a large bonfire on the beach. Some of local residents brought drums and other instruments and we sat around the fire to drums and singing and wonderful view of ocean and the full moon. Met some amazing people and made friends. Awesome night! Oh and did I mention it was night before we got married standing barefoot next to the ocean at El Jardin? Yeah a perfect pre wedding party! Thanks to everyone there!
