Full English breakfast is something I don’t usually have because I don’t like over cooked bacon but this was superb & cooked just to my liking.

This is a lovely cafe with a great location We went to breakfast today and were not happy with the out come The wait was too long considering they were not busy we had drunk our drinks by the time it arrived my tea was rather weak and not really enjoyable The breakfast eventually came the bacon was like it had been cooked in the oven it was cold and hard and the sausages were not very nice both our opinion Very nicely presented but the food was a disappointment

It was such a lovely sunny day..& we popped in for lunch.
Had a job to find seats, as it was extremely busy and had to queue for quite a while to place our order .
We had the Beef Lasagne.& the Three bean Chilli.
Both were very tasty & substantially portions .
Staff were busy but very friendly.
Well worth a visit

Walking along the river wall we came across Harbour Lights just adjacent to the RNLI Lifeboat Station and went in for just a light bite. If we weren't eating in the evening we would have ordered the Sunday lunch which was being served, looked great.
We settled on a sandwich which came served with crisps and side salad, delicious and beautifully presented.
Next time it's Sunday lunch, unless it's a weekday !
