Lovely location with the convenience of local super markets, and an attached Pub restuarant, which is apparently popular with the locals. The food is good and reasonably priced, but the staff are not all morning people.
The comfort of the accomodation is excellent, however the room temperature was effected by the December weather and air vent, to which we utilised as a makeshift fridge that kept our milk lovely and fresh.
The hotel receptionist gave us a warm welcome, and the chamber maids afforded an excellent service.

Room Tip: Take a carrier bag for covering the vent in winter.

Although the hotel is listed as Bognor Regis it is a good 3 miles from Bognor Seafront. Set in its own grounds with good parking facilities the hotel is very accommodating and the rooms are spotlessly clean and tidy in addition to being spacious.

The only one criticism is that the heating, although turned up, did not seem to fully heat the room properly and the bathroom was quite cold both mornings. However, in fairness the weather was icy cold.

The usual tea / coffee facilities and creature comforts are present along with the standard Premier Inn complimentary wi-fi in the main bar area. The hotel has a good welcoming feel about it and Reception staff are very cheerful and friendly. If it wasn't for the restaurant I would have given this establishment a higher rating.

Breakfasts are the usual generous and spoiled for choice affair that Premier have become famous for and the staff in the mornings are very cheerful and do their best to make you feel very welcome.

I only used the restaurant the first night. Unlike some Premier Inn's where the Brewers Fayre go out of their way to produce a cost effective and comprehensive menu this establishment was expensive.

Checking through their literature afterwards I noticed that they were offering a starter and main course for a special price but then failed to honour this in the final cost. Additionally, the starter was served almost straight away but the main course followed 55 minutes later. Ridiculous by any standards since it was not particularly busy.

Basically a good place to stay but eat out elsewhere since the whole experience is spoiled by bad restaurant management.

Stayed with my partner who is disabled in this Hotel.

Staff very friendly and helpful, but it was mixed. The room was a bit small and the bed was not comfortable. I complained about this and they said it would be looked at in the near future.

The outside is not really equiped for Disabled Chairs. Parking Spaces for the Disabled are in the wrong places and the paths need attention.

One good point and If Premier Inn chiefs are reading this is the Power Points. There were quite a few which does help if you have to use equipment.

Unfortunately, I left after one night because of a unrelated problem that was not the responsibility of the Hotel which is being dealt with.

If you are able bodied it is worth staying. Disabled Clients should stay clear until these alterations have been done.

Would just like to say a massive thank you to everyone at this hotel, the staff were brilliant. Our first thoughts were not great after looking at these previous reviews but wow what we experienced was great!!! Great sized room, reception staff always smiling and friendly. The pub was ok, breakfast was abit busy just for one member of staff. Overall brilliant & will definatley be recommending this hotel to friends and family & will return ourselves. Thank you.

We had booked 2 double rooms a week in advance as we were attending an event. On arrival the staff were very friendly and very helpful. We dumped our bags and had a lovely lunch in the restaurant which was actually the Robin Hood pub.

We then booked a taxi and attended our event. We had booked dinner and on our return had another lovely meal. The room was very clean and quaint, no issues at all. The only reason I have marked it down is that the pillows in the premier inns are awful. They give you the option of " firmer" pillows but I had 3 and still did not sleep well. My partner had the same issue as did our friends in the next room. I Travel with work and we normally use premier inn or Ramada and I normally take my own pillow. It is a shame that this ruined the nights sleep as everything including the lovely bed was perfect. We were planning to spend a few days in London near Christmas and I don't want to take our own pillows with us so may have to look at other options. Also £88 per room was a bit pricey as we were in the middle of nowhere.

Room Tip: Bring your own pillows!
