My wife & I bought a Caravan at nearby Church Farm some 5 years ago. We enjoying eating out at the wekend & have never been disappointed with their meals.

Fairly priced with a permanent Menu, there are always a changing selection of Specials.

The ownership changed this summer but the atmosphere remains friendly. Thr bar Manager is a character & well liked by many regular diners. The service is excellent.

There are four other Eating Pubs in Pagham but this knocks spots of all of them.

We stayed one night at The Bear Inn and had a great time. We were welcomed very nicely when we checked in. The room was very comfortable and had been recently decorated. We had a meal in the restaurant in the evening which was fantastic and the breakfast the next morning was also great. I would certainly recommend the hotel for anyone who wants a nice night away.

Called in here without reservation on a Thursday evening for a family meal (two adults, one child). Staff were very friendly and immediately seated us. Service was good, despite a large table of around 16 people arriving shortly after us and the food was good value "pub" food.

After an awful experience nearby at The Lamb, it was a pleasure to walk into a welcoming pub where the locals greeted us with a nice smile. Played a few tunes on the duke box and chilled out perfectly. 'Nice one'
