Really enjoyed our stay. The staff were so accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble, they really made us feel welcome. Not at all what I expected from a budget hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

We stayed for one night after Crufts. Took a little while to find but other than that it was fine, felt a little isolated and further from M5 than expected. Clean room comfy bed, usual premier inn standard. The hotel is next door to a pub and a KFC. We didnt eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food. I would book a table if you are going to eat though as it was very busy. Ample free parking and no complaints, so I would definately stay here again if I was in the area.

This Hotel is great, the staff are brilliant. The restaurant is lovely and the breakfast is fantastic there. My stay is always comfortable and I always feel welcome and cared for.
It is family friendly and is in a convenient spot for food and travel around Dudley.

We often stay at Premier Inns. This one is fine and the staff have always been friendly and quickly sort out any issues we have. The room temperature was very cold and we struggled to get it up. Should have asked for an extra duvet. I had to fiddle with the taps a bit. Turned them on and then the water disappeared. Turned them on and off a few times with the same result, but got there in the end. Overall, it's not a bad place to stay, though I would not recommend the restaurant.

Great spacious room for a family. Really comfortable bed. The family rooms are in a quiet zone so between 10pm and 7am there are signs up saying be quiet. I found it really quiet. Cot bedding could of been a bit nicer the sheets were off white and the blanket was like a hospital one.
