Had a wonderful welcome, open fire lit and perfect table. Staff were friendly and chatty a proper welcome to a traditional English pub! The food was outstanding! I had the pâté which was delicious and well presented, then the chicken and bacon salad. All was very tasty and of great quality. Will always use this pub to eat when in the area!!!

My husband n I went to the Denbigh Arms on Thursday evening. We were welcomed by a lovely gentleman and lady on a very cold n snowy evening, a roaring fire was burning which added to the atmosphere in the pub/restaurant. We decided on a set meal from the specials board and had a two course meal for a respectable £15.95. The food was amazing, we had a duck pâté and a smoke salmon and prawn platter which we shared...it was the best starters the we have ever had....followed by surf n turf, the steak was cooked to perfection and plenty of turf.....golden chunky chips n a generous portion of peas. All food was very well presented and all compliments to the chef. Following our meal we were left alone to enjoy our drinks n the atmosphere. Can't wait to visit again in the next few weeks......

This pub has got a lovely atmosphire! 2 real log fires were burning away on a cold winter night. Me and my family had a lovely meal and there was a lovely choice on the menu and a great selection on the specials board. The staff here were really helpful and friendly. We will be going back and advising to our friends. Thankyou

We have visited a number of times now and are yet to be disappointed. The selection of food on offer is great, of a high standard and very reasonably priced. We can't fault the friendly and prompt service and think the atmosphere is great...can't go wrong with a lovely roaring fire, especially as we move into the cold winter months. Although we have mainly visited on week nights we have also really enjoyed the Sunday carvery.
I would definitely recommend the sea bass!
