Only 20 mins drive from NEC where we attended ArenaCross event. Excellent value, really friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Only negative point, was the room was rather cold on arrival. Would definitely use again when attending events in Birmingham.

Easy to find the car park is horrible the spaces are tiny, reception and service was lovely requested a quiet room which we did get so was pleased, got to the room took about 10 mins to get in as the lock was wonky and when opening the lock we had to kick the door to get it to open, the room is very small for two people wanting to get ready to go out, cleanliness of the room was good however the bathroom not so much dirt and stains on tiles dirt around the edge of the mirror seemed like the whole bathroom needed a good deep clean, had breakfast in restaurant which was lovely, no one present in check out at 9.45 for a £29 room not bad wouldn't pay a penny more though

I stay in Premier Inns all the time and this is one of the worst. I stood at the reception for ages before anyone turned up to check me in, there were no spare power sockets in the room, there was a hole in the enamel of the bath, there was no soap in the soap dispenser in the shower, there was no mobile phone connectivity, the wi-fi was so slow that it was unusable.

Friendly efficient staff, quiet clean warm room. Although on main road we did not hear any traffic noise.Great value would definitely stay there again,It proves a cheap price hotel does not have to have cheap standards.

We stay at this particular premier inn as my family live close by. We use the beefeater pub regularly the staff are very friendly, the food is very good and the service is prompt. The receptionist at the inn - Sue - was lovely and made our stay easier by booking us into breakfast and ordering a taxi for us - which we thank her for. Breakfast was good, we all had as much as we needed for a breakfast, again the service was prompt. The carpark was full when we arrived - but it was the week before christmas so it was expected, and we were told to park in the disabled spaces as there wasn;t any disabled guests expected in that night. I moved the car in the morning, as the car park was empty , although I wasn't asked too. The room was sufficient for our stay and we will be returning.

We were fortunate enough to find that Premier Inn was offering an outstanding rate for an expensive time of year. This was very welcome as we were visiting family and booked 3 nights at this site, which we have stayed at before. Check-in at the Inn was efficient and the staff friendly. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet with all the quality standard features we have come to expect at a Premier Inn. An unexpected event required us to seek a booking at the attached restaurant for our Christmas lunch. Although we were fortunate that they still had space we felt that it was poor value for what was served and overpriced for a 'holiday offer', however, the friendly staff did there best to create a 'festive' feel. It was, as expected, very busy on the day, so the staff should be commended for their friendly, efficient service. It was the food and how the food was presented that let them down. We have eaten at this restaurant before so expected better quality for the amount we had to pay.

We had just booked one night and we were given a very warm welcome at reception and given our room key. The room was spacious enough and very quiet despite overlooking the main road. We dined at the adjacent Beefeater in the evening with family who live locally. I thought the food was a little expensive, but excellent and served with a smile. The breakfast was also excellent, we would thoroughly recommend.
