I had a training course in Solihull and i booked the Eden End guest house really as a last resort because everywhere else was to expensive.

I have to say service was fantastic and everyone i came into contact with including guest were really nice. Breakfast was well cooked and delicious and there was no rush for me to leave they made me feel really at home.

The room was En suite with a lot of complementarity items and the en suite shower was immaculately clean, good size and ii had a really nice shower.

Its also just across the road from beefeater and so didn't have to travel far for dinner.

Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back again.

After travelling the Uk through work I can honestly say this is the nicest, cleanest and friendliest B&B I have had the pleasure to stay in. Definitely recommended to anyone
needing to stay in this area.

We spent just a night as we were visiting ( from London) friends for a celebration.

Pros -
Warm, nice and welcoming hostess, who provided a smooth and quick checking process and tour ( given that we were booking 2 seperate rooms - one on the ground floor and the other on the top floor).

Rooms were clean, warm, reasonably modern with good shower and bathroom facilities, clean and comfortable beds and utensils for making beverages. There was also adequate parking space on the grounds for our 2 vechicles.

Regrets -
We had to shoot off early the next morning and so didn't stay for their "famous" Full English Breakfast, but our friends who did stay said it was pretty good.

Verdict - Good Price, felt safe, would definatley visit and stay again.

Room Tip: Our ground floor room wasn't able to pick up the wi-fi signal, which was available in the reception area just a few feet away.

Left booking until last minute for Expo. Found this B&B recommended so tried it and very pleased I did. Good welcome, very clean room, very good breakfast and owners very helpful and friendly.Good steakhouse just down the road a nice 5 minute walk.Room a bit small but fine for 2 nights. Good secure parking and easy to find. Will definitely stay again unless good reviews means it fully booked.

Found this guest house on web, reviews were all good. The place was even better than expected, spotlessly clean, the single room I had was small but had everything you need for a short stay. Wendy the owner was extremely pleasant, would recommend this guest house . Also in a very convenient place close to several bars and restaurants, close also to motorway junctions.
