We have just had the best ever Friday night entertainment at Nailcote Hall with the Queen B Tribute Band ,
what a night, the voice & energy of this Tribute band was amazing they brought Freddy Mercury sprite back to life , with all Freddys flamboyant behaver , he had everyone sing and dancing to queens greatest music , When the Queen band first arrived on stage with their ill-fitting wigs , we thought it's going to be a long night , But how wrong can you be ,don't judge a book by it cover, Thank you Nailcote Hall for keeping good live entrainment local
The menu food & service was Top Notch

Room Tip: just enjoy the service

Where do I start... This was an anniversary trip away. A real treat. The food was amazing. The hotel staff.. Daniel at reception and the restaurant staff were spot on. The hotel and the staff went an extra mile in every aspect of our stay. We had a free room upgrade which was very comfortable. The food was delicious. The Dover sole melted in my mouth and the soufflé was like eating a cloud. Just left us wanting more because it was so good. We also went to see a Band, Queen. This was really entertaining we had a great night. In fact we had a brilliant stay. My Husband and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who likes a good hotel with delicious food. Thank you to all at Nailcote, you deserve a definite 5 out of 5 from us.

My partner and end recently had our wedding at Nailcote Hall. I would not hesistate to recommend this venue to anyone looking for somewhere to get married. From the day we booked the venue - through all the planning and on the big day - nailcote were fantastic with communication and ensuring everything was exactly the way we wanted it. The day itself was amazing - the ceremony was perfect the wedding breakfast delicious and franco the hotels dj created a fantastic atmosphere at the night time doo. The ceremony room is amazing for anyone who want to have a civil ceremony but still have an amazing walk down the aisle the room is breathtaking. Biggest praise was the the operations manager Carole who made our day - Carole ensured everything was on track and she took the stress of myself as the bride so I could enjoy everyminute of my day. I cant wait to see our photos the black and white building and golf course are stunning so we should have some beautiful ones. We will definately be returning for our first anniversary!!

(Only niggle was that all of our twenty rooms booked - had a moan about the middle age blonde receptionist who was working at reception. She was very abrupt and rude with most people but nailcote have take these comments on board)

I have arranged a charity golf day at Nailcote for several years now and despite inclement weather this was one of the very best! The golf course gets better and better every year. The food and service were of the highest order. We will be returning without fail!

We booked an overnight stay at Nailcote and on arrival were informed that we had been upgraded to The Holly Room. The room was a little bit tired looking and the bathroom could do with sprucing up. Having said that it was a nice large room and was comfortable. The staff were professional and friendly. Carol who served us that night was lovely. Food was excellent both dinner and breakfast. Would certainly stay again when in the area.

I am appalled at the previous review. Tripadvisor reports should relate to a personal visit. This review was written by a lady who has never actually visited the hotel. I have, and many times. It is wonderful and the service, the food, the rooms and the golf are first class. In this case the teachers in charge if the school party clearly failed to control this child, who was appallingly behaved and who provoked this incident. Tripadvisor had no business publishing her review.

I recently visited and stayed at this family with extended family for a wedding, most of the staff were excellent throughout the day although waiting staff seemed slightly confused at times during service of the meal. The food was excellent and enjoyed by all staff were more than willing to help and went to find out if there were nuts in the dessert - although this may mean briefing is slightly lacking. However overall service of the meal was very good. The bar was slightly expensive although they had good deals on. The night buffet was average with food perhaps slightly overcooked. The room was decorated very well although turn around took a very long time leaving people standing around in the wet for ages. The grounds are beautiful and some very nice photographs have been taken within. The rooms are lovely although, I strongly believe we were mislead by staff as when we said there was no kettle in the room we were told it would be checked on and told we had just missed it it had been there the whole time - this was not true 4 of us looked for said kettle and it was not in the room it would have been nice for the hotel to just accept there mistake instead of making us feel stupid or crazy.
Breakfast was average, the room was small. I would like to commend one male member of bar staff who was very nice and cooked us chips in the early hours for a fee that was much appreciated. Rooms were good. Hotel beautiful.
