I thought the Antoinnette Hotel was beautiful, as soon as you go in its like a palace and the rooms are just as wonderful. Spacious & even the telly was a good size! Staff were spectactular and helped us when needed. Overall I rate this a 9/10 & shall come back one day.

The hotel is a lovely venue. The gardens are what sold my partner and I to have our wedding here. But that wasn't the only bonus the staff, Rebecca and Nigel were excellent, really helpful and have the experience to know how to put on a great wedding.

Even as a late arrival I was still met by a smiling reception team. Although I had just missed the food service in the bar there was a good room service menu which arrived promptly and satisfied the appetite. My room was spacious, bright, quiet and most importantly clean. The bathroom was of a good size and perfectly clean too. Brilliantly, I accidentally left some items in the room and had had a call by about 10am to let me know and that they were safe at reception.

Although I was staying for business you've got in expensive access to London within about 15 minutes by rail and it's good for Hampton Court, Windsor, Legoland, Chessington etc.

It might not be the most luxurious hotel but it is in a nice location, clean and comfortable. Very reasonable priced for a city hotel.

The Antoinette Hotel offers special packages on ebay and we were so impressed with this place we booked a second time. In both instances the cost and the service impressed us. For us the cost of the hotel included an evening meal, a boat trip and entrance to Hampton Court.

The hotel had ample parking and the room we were given facing the garden with its own balcony was absolutely fabulous. The evening meal was more than satisfactory and the breakfast provided a wide choice of cereals and a full English.

If you are looking for excellent value without lowering your expectations then this has to be the place. Everything about it was perfect including the weather!

i recently had my wedding at the Antoinette Hotel and it was a fantastic day, the staff were amazing, they were completely attentive and friendly. the food was superb, so much that guest could have seconds. i have had a lot of family coming from all over and they all enjoyed their stay, very welcoming and lovely rooms and breakfast. we had a lot of decoration and stuff going on e.g, singer and photo booth, for the day but all was stress free and taken care by the staff. i want to say a huge thank you to all who helped make our day perfect, i highly recommend Antoinette hotel to any couple planning a wedding day.

Stayed here for work, can't complaint, decent standard for a mid priced hotel. Room ok, no complaints. If your looking for top quality then pay more but all in all comfortable, clean and friendly.

This place boasts that it is Kingston's biggest and most established hotel - so what? It is disjointed and dysfunctional and, in my case, expensive. OK - the good bits first, it's clean and the beds are comfortable, the TV works. There is a cared-for garden which is a pleasant diversion from the oppressive rooms. Reception staff are efficient and friendly. So far so good I hear you say - well no, this is because the whole place is geared to towards a factory like approach to banqueting which makes the independent traveler feel like a sausage roll at a ........you get the picture. The reception area is dominated by function rooms there is nothing to re-assure the independent guest that any sort of bar or restaurant actually exists I felt totally unwelcome. My single room was on the Fassett Road side , designed and built I guess in the seventies it was not worth the £79 I paid (no breakfast included !) - give me a Travel Lodge anytime, how sad is that? The single rooms are an architectural nightmare - tiny separate lavatories and shower rooms, dated fittings and a really poor shower with luke warm water. Just all round generally poor and cynically exploitative.

Dear housered,

Please accept my apologies that on this occasion you were dissatisfied with the standard of your room, unfortunately as your reservation was only made shortly prior to arrival no other room types were available. Our prices are regularly compared against those of other hotels in the area, and as such can assure you that they represent excellent value for money especially during the Wimbledon Tennis Championships.

I am sorry that you feel the signage for the bar and restaurant is not satisfactory. As this issue has never been previously brought to our attention, I have personally checked the signs and found them to be clear. I will speak to the Reception team, as on arrival directions should be given to these areas, and I apologise that this did not happen.

Once again thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback as all comments are taken on board.

I would welcome the opportunity to welcome you back and as such please do not hesitate to contact me so that I can personally look after your reservation.
