Took my 2 year old daughter there for the day and she was just about free to get in (half price at 3 years old) There were all sorts of beautiful exotic birds including flamingos, parrots and penguins. She really enjoyed it.

Really quiet today very surprised! My son and I had travelled to Hampshire to visit family and this made for a perfect day out and we had a wonderful time.
There was a water problem in the area, the forest attraction down the road was closed so we decided to try bird world. Three adults and a four year old. We had several hours here, the shows were great, staff were helpful. Even though there was a water problem in the morning it was sorted by 1 o'clock and we were given bounce back tickets for a free return which was a lovely gesture.

We petted goats, saw many birds, the farm was lovely. All the animals looked well cared for and my son adored the many play areas. We took a picnic, the food did look expensive for what it was: jacket potato & a drink for 5.99.
But as a regular visitor to zoos, safari parks, farms, family attractions etc; this was fantastic! ! Water world was included and although it did only take ten minutes to get round it, it was a nice feature.
Really can't fault the place.

We went with our toddler on a sunny day. He loved all the various birds. Unlike lots of other animal parks, birds are usually visible & active so there were no empty cages / enclosures. The penguins are great. There is a good variety of stuff to see & varied environments. The farm & underwater world are a great bonus. It was very buggy friendly. Some of the facilities (toilets, baby room) are a bit tired. Will definitely go again.

Excellent day for 5 girls. Couldn't fault it. Wonderful place which is well maintained and has been improved since we last went. The girls loved petting the small animals and the penguin feeding was a huge success. Party food beautifully done. Couldn't fault it. Excellent value for money. Would highly recommend.
