We have eaten in many different Loch Fyne's and generally there are good quality, but this one let them down badly.
Several items were not available due to a busy Saturday night, include the popular fish and chips. So a bit disappointing to start. Never mind, the fish as you like it is normally fine.
The starter of ravioli was served cold (not supposed to be) and the standard chips and french fries followed suit. 2 meals of 3 sent back and what I can only assume reheated in a microwave as the FF were soggy afterwards.
Waitress apologized but that was it, no offers to make our evening right, so complained to the manager. He did eventually knock off the cost of a meal and gave discount on the rest, but when asked 'Why should we come back again' offered no reason, not even to say this had never happened before.
I understand that sometimes things can go wrong, but presenting cold food is not one of them, and then when if does go wrong so much loyalty can be gained by what the staff and management do about it, in this case very little.
Will still eat at Loch Fyne, but not this one.
