Stayed here for 2 nights. Hotel was stylish, very clean with modern lines. Reception and bar staff were very approachable and helpful. A small gym room available on the second floor (very small but partner was only person using it on Friday and Saturday morning). Very reasonably priced car parking at the NCP parking opposite (discounted overnight rate of £6.50 per night is great value). Room rate included free self service style buffet breakfast (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, beans) as well as continental offering, these factors made us choose this hotel over its nearby competitors (Jurys/Premier Inn/Holiday Inn)

Downside: the room was very small, with the bed dominating the room and not much room to place luggage/walk around but this is greater London so space at a premium but we only needed a place to sleep whilst attending a social event nearby. The room was geared up for business travellers (trouser press/safe/laptop table for the bed). Free WIFI was welcome surprise but struggled to find hair dryer (it was in a black cloth bag in the wardrobe apparently but not a major problem). Our room (811) had a large walk in shower but no bath. We experienced some rowdy noisy behaviour from neighbouring guests at 1am on the first night but they were incredibly noisy not sure if better soundproofing would really help that. I mentioned this to the receptionist at checkout who said they'd speak to their supervisor about it. Overall a decent stay at very reasonable price for outer London would consider staying there (or indeed with this particular brand of the Hilton chain) again.

Room Tip: Room 811 was very small, not sure if there are larger rooms available but think this is a standard r...

We stayed here five nights and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and included a full cooked breakfast. We were a five minute walk to the East Croydon train station which helped when traveling to London as well as being close to friends in Surrey. The staff was exceptional in helping us have a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this for a budget hotel.

Room Tip: The rooms are smaller than Hampton Inn type rooms in the US so plan accordingly.

I stayed here for one night on business and was pleasantly surprised to find that whilst quite small the room was well decorated with a good little bathroom. The room is everything you'd need for a short business stay. Great little breakfast in the lobby too. All round very impressed.

Stayed just one night. Not a bad position if you intend a trip to Chessington World of Adventure. This was the first Hampton hotel I have stayed in and I must say the quality of the hotel was excellent very clean. The room was very small for the three of us but my 3 yr old loved the pull out bed, I only wished I slept in it as I found the main bed to be far too hard, After arriving late we decided to make use of the food on offer in the hotel, the 24/7 snacks were very disappointing with a badly burnt pizza and rubbish chips, they also cost a fortune, wished I went around the corner to Mcdonalds.

Our second stay here in the last month. This time with some issues that need to be noted. Slow check-in despite it being 02:15 and two guys on checkout with no one else around. Upon check-in, what appeared to be a clean room clearly was not. The beds were made but that was all. The two bins were full of the previous occupant's rubbish. The loo was unclean and in need of flushing. A dirty glass and towel were in the bathroom. There was rubbish left on the bed side table. I called reception and (after 10 rings) got an answer and reported the problem. To be fair, the hotel offered to find us another room; however after a very long car journey and the late hour we decided it was not worth the disruption. This was a let down, as our previous stay had been excellent. Overall, the hotel is relatively new and offers very good value for money - however we worry that both reception and housekeeping standards risk slipping.

An overnight short stay, room was fine, clean and inviting, adequate for our needs. Rooms at the back are better, less noisy, as the front ones overlook the railway. Have stayed here 3 times now, so must be OK!
