Average hotel for coach trip where you are out and about all day as the hotel has NO provision for food of any description during daytime hours.
Hotel quite old and tired and a little bit damp but our room was absolutely fine for the 3 nights we spent there.
Drinks at the bar are quite expensive but they have a 'captive' audience as there is nowhere else near enough for competition.
Food was very nice. Breakfast and evening carvery.

We stayed here on an overnight trip to gatwick, We found it quite adequate for our needs.
The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. We arranged an early morning call and were not let down.
There was a good selection of food in the restaurant, we had the carvery and it was very nice. The bar was well stocked and roomy.
I would not spend a week here but for the one night that we did we have no complaints.

We had booked a 3 day break to London with Diamond holidays, this hotel was One and a half hours from London which was too far out to have a day in the capital. The hotel was shabby, rooms were tiny and in great need of re-decorating and modernising. The bath had a crack in it and had a filler put in.
Shelf over a childs bed with electric kettle on.
Had the same evening meal 3 days running

Room Tip: Avoid this hotel

We stayed at this hotel and were given room 130. I expect all rooms the same.
The mattress on both these beds were so thin that they needed a blanket folded on them so that the mattress was safe. The room was clean and even though there was mould round the window frame. Dinner needs to be better organized and explanation given at reception about meal colour coded pieces of paper. Because after a long coach journey, all we wanted to do was go to the room. Breakfast waitress did not know what was happening as we told to come come back at 8.15am, after getting down for 7.15 The experience of diamond coaches made up for the hotel.

We booked this hotel as it had parking for our family holiday to Orlando. We had a family which was large and clean. It was basic but good enough for the few hours that we were staying there. My parents room however was tiny and smelt strongly of damp. My family would not have been able to sleep there due to the bad smell.

Stayed there for one night in a double room with my wife. No complaints. It served the purpose I booked the hotel for. If you are expecting a quiet night then book something that's not on the flight take off path for the airport, However saying that the rooms are of good size and the food and staff were ok. I also parked my car there for 15 nights at a good price. So all in all, if you just want somewhere that's easy to get to with good rooms, food, staff and you don't mind the noise of the aircraft taking off then I recommend this hotel and I would stay there again. Also the one bonus with this hotel is that, you can keep your car keys with you. You don't hand them in.
